The early days of Extract Marketing Research
It was in 2002 that Alexandre Meunier founded Extract Marketing Research, a company specializing in database marketing. Within a very short time, Extract built its niche and stood out for the meticulous completion of several mandates relating to the processing, the analysis and the management of data. A year later, Christian Dupuis, Marketing Research and Strategy Specialist, joined Extract as a partner. Over the years, the Extract team grew with the integration of qualified personnel.
Start of Dialog
Forced to observe that consumer expectations have changed rapidly, and this, within less than a decade, Alexandre Meunier and Christian Dupuis founded Dialog, a company specialized in customer service and dispatching in order to offer a different business model that enabled to meet the new market demands.
Dialog moves to new premises that are more spacious and equipped with state-of-the-art technology to better meet the needs of its clientele. The expansion of its premises and the new equipment also enabled Dialog to develop two new services: a service for surveying by telephone and a service for updating lists, qualification and appointment scheduling.
A New Service: A Private Panel Management Platform
Given the new challenges that clients of marketing research and customer service firms are facing, particularly in relation to new technologies, representativeness or response rates, lead the two partners to develop a new platform for private panel management.
DIALOGS… The New Image of Extract Marketing Research and Dialog
Alexandre Meunier and Christian Dupuis announce the consolidation of their business entities, Extract Marketing Research and Dialog, under a new brand image, Dialogs. The new identity enables Dialogs to offer to its clients a wider range of services grouped under three fields of expertise: marketing research, panel management and client contact.
