The Early Days of Extract Marketing Research

In 2002, Alexandre Meunier founded Extract Marketing Research, a company which specialized in database marketing. Extract quickly built its niche and stood out through the meticulous execution of several mandates involving data processing, analysis and management. One year later, Christian Dupuis, a specialist in marketing research and strategies, joins Extract as a partner. Over the years, the Extract team has grown with the integration of qualified personnel.

Start of Dialog

Forced to realize that consumer expectations have evolved rapidly in less than a decade, Alexandre Meunier and Christian Dupuis co-founded Dialog, a company specializing in customer service and dispatching, in order to offer a different business model to meet new market demands.

Dialog Extends its Reach

Dialog moves to new, more spacious premises equipped with state-of-the-art technology to better meet the needs of its clientele. The premises expansion and new equipment enabled Dialog to develop two new services: a service for conducting telephone surveys and a service for qualifying and updating lists.

A New Service: A Dedicated Panel Management Platform

Seeing the new challenges faced by clients of marketing research and customer service firms, particularly in relation to new technologies, representativeness and response rates, the two partners began to develop a new dedicated panel management platform.

DIALOGS… The New Image of Extract Marketing Research and Dialog

Alexandre Meunier and Christian Dupuis announce the consolidation of their business entities, Extract Marketing Research and Dialog, under a new brand image: Dialogs. The new identity allows Dialogs to offer its clients a broader range of services grouped under three expertise areas: marketing research, panel management and customer contact.
